Once you swap mouse buttons’ functionality in windows, the left click will work as if it is the right click and vice versa.

Go to Start > Control Panel. In the control panel, open mouse properties and then check Switch Primary and Secondary Buttons setting. Press OK and you are done.
To swap the mouse buttons again to normal functionality, uncheck the Switch Primary and Secondary Buttons setting.

Go to Start > Control Panel. In the control panel, click on Hardware and Sound. In the Hardware and Sound window, click on the Mouse to open the mouse properties. Now, simply check the Switch primary and secondary buttons setting and press OK.
To revert back to normal mouse functionality, simply uncheck this setting.
