I don’t think so. You either need a bank account or a credit card to verify the paypal account.

Please help me by answering my question about paypal verification via bank accounts. After the process, where should I check my bank account? Will the amount sent by paypal appear through text or should I log in to my bank account via online banking to check it? Thank you in advance.
