A new feature has been introduced in Gmail Labs which suggests probable email recipients based on your email habits. For instance, if you always mail Dopey, Grumpy, Happy, Sneezy and Sleepy together, and you are about to send the message to Dopey and Grumpy only, Gmail will automatically suggest the remaining recipients,
Now just click on the suggested name and it will be automatically added in the To: field.
Since this feature is still in Gmail Labs, its not enabled by default. To enable it, go to settings > Labs. Scroll down to find the Suggest more recipients feature and enable it.
