To convert any normal megaupload file download link into direct download link, you have to add mgr_dl.php before the question mark, that is, if the download link is,
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=GVOMXHQ2
then add mgr_dl.php before the question mark to change it into,
http://www.megaupload.com/mgr_dl.php?d=GVOMXHQ2
That’s it. Also, now that you have direct download links for the files, you can use download managers to download from megaupload. Use this trick before its patched by megaupload.

Yes, it doesn’t always work. May be, megaupload is trying to fix this.
