You probably already know how to use proxies to open any blocked website like Facebook, Twitter etc.
Its a great time saver to configure Firefox to always use a specified proxy. You don’t have to visit the proxy website again and again. Moreover, if you always use a proxy, you are browsing anonymously, without leaving any digital footprints.
To configure firefox to always use proxy, you should have the IP address of the proxy server that you want to use. Learn how to find the IP address from the host name of proxy, and get the IP address of the proxy server.
Now, open Firefox and go to Tools > Options > Advanced and click on the Network tab. Now click on the Settings button.
Now choose the Manual proxy configuration radio button and enter the IP address of the proxy server,
Enter other proxy servers’ IPs if you want to or simply check the checkbox which says Use this proxy server for all protocols.
That’s it. Now Firefox will always use the specified proxy.
