I agree that Google Video may also be searched for the same. But I wanted to show how to do this on Youtube. Maybe, I'll write a tutorial for Google Videos as well. For instance, the screen-grab you've shown about Omkara is itself an example of the fact that the movie is not available on Youtube. If people want to download FLVs then I'd say it is better to search for them on Google Video. You can filter your search their to not only a particular website, but also according to the length/duration of the video. So if you want to view 'Namaste London' full-length, you'll find it easily on Google Video, whereas it may still return some result of lesser duration. The key to searching is filtration. How good you are at filtering the results determines the chances of finding the movie/show you're looking for.
